Information you provide
Launch updates collect your email address, product interest, and consent date. WIplanAI collects your name, email, a password hash, and the wedding details you choose to save. These may include guest contact details, RSVPs, dietary or accessibility needs, budgets, vendor details, notes, documents, and images. Add only information you have permission to use and share.
How information is used
We use this information to create and operate your account, save your plans, provide support, protect access, and send the launch updates you request. We record agreement to the terms when an account is created. Contact messages are handled through email.
Cookies, logs, and storage
WIplanAI uses essential session and workspace cookies to keep you signed in and select your account. Device preferences, such as theme, may be stored in your browser. Our hosting services process request information, including IP addresses and technical logs. Rate limiting uses hashed identifiers. Application records and uploaded files are stored using hosting database and file-storage services.
Sharing and service providers
Information is processed by service providers that host the sites, store records and files, or deliver configured email services. Details you intentionally share through a guest or event link can be seen by people with that access. The booking connections feature stores the shared event name, date, venue or location, participant names and app roles, and updates posted to the shared event. People who accept an invitation can see those shared details and updates. Invitation codes are one-time use and expire after 14 days. Payments, contracts, private notes, and other app records are not copied into this shared feed. WIplanAI, WIBookAI, and WIVendorAI keep their other booking records in separate app databases.
Retention and your choices
Account information is retained to provide your workspace until it is removed or no longer needed. Shared booking connections and updates are retained while the connected booking is active or until they are removed. Launch details are kept while you subscribe. You can request access, correction, deletion, or removal from launch updates by emailing jeff.e.mcgee@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained to resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or protect the service; deletion from backups may take longer. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security and sensitive information
Passwords are stored as salted hashes. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not store payment-card numbers, government identification, medical records, or other information the wedding planner does not need. Minimize sensitive guest information and remove it when it is no longer needed.
Children, external sites, and changes
These services are intended for adults planning weddings or operating businesses, not children under 13. Linked websites have their own policies. We may update this policy as the services change and will update the effective date here.
